STATEMENT OF POLICY

1.1

Purpose. It is the purpose of this Church to send forth representatives upon the highways preaching the gospel of the Kingdom in all the world, witnessing to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14

1.2

Exercise of power. The provisions of this vehicle code and the other provisions described herein are an exercise of the power given to the Church by Jesus Christ, as recorded at Matthew 28:18-20 of the Holy Bible:

All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

1.3

Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of this Church:

1.3(a)

To glorify God.

1.3(b)

To train, equip and send representatives of the Church to all nations teaching that repentance brings forgiveness of sins in the name of Jesus Christ. Luke 24:47

1.3(c)

To discourage ungodly (unscriptural) behavior on the part of residents of Heaven through the implementation of scriptural precepts established in the New Testament.

1.4

Effect of code. Whatever is bound on earth is bound in Heaven and whatever is loosed on earth is loosed in Heaven. Matthew 16:19

1.5

Residency. The residency of a citizen is in Heaven where dwells our King. Philippians 3:20

1.6

Address. A mailing address or physical address does not establish residency with other jurisdictions.

1.7

Eligibility. Only residents of Heaven are eligible for a driver license or vehicle certificate of title.

1.8

Effect of previous jurisdiction. Any driver license, vehicle certificate of title, vehicle registration or plates issued by a previous jurisdiction are of no effect and are considered void.2 Corinthians 5:17

1.9

Offenses forgiven. Based upon repentance, all prior offenses from a previous jurisdiction are forgiven. Acts 13:38-39
